This month we heard from Michael Thompson, a relatively “new” author. Now that the publication of his second novel,  “ALL THE PERFECT DAYS”, is behind him, he plans to talk about the writing process, the power of persistence and  optimism in publishing, and how he went from journalism to writing novels that has grabbed the attention of Hollywood. He also took a look back at his media career: from his time as the Executive Producer of The Ray Hadley Morning Show, to  building a new business as podcasts boom. Michael now owns a podcast production company and is the co-host of one of the highest-ranked podcasts in Australia with more  than 20 million downloads. He can be found at  michaelthompson.net.au. Michael's first book, How to Be Remembered, was  published internationally in 2023, translated into seven languages, and optioned for film by a Hollywood studio. He lives in  Sydney with his wife and two young children.
